  • Description

EM Normandie Business School is organizing a Blended Intensive Program (BIP) from 16–20 June 2025 at its Paris-Clichy campus. The program, titled "Sustainable strategies for integration of AI in Higher Educational Institutions (HEIs)", brings together academic and administrative staff to explore how emerging technologies, particularly AI, are transforming the higher education landscape.

Higher education, typically observed as a rather traditional sector with a slow pace of change, has experienced major disruptions over the course of the last several years. For instance, the global healthcare crisis provoked by covid-19 virus (SARS-CoV-2) in early 2020, as well as the emergence of mature generative AI solutions in late 2022, have led to a rapid transformation of the educational sector.

The transformation is currently focusing on the questions of institutional strategies for the integration of AI, development of curriculum for study programs with regards to the novelties of AI, use of AI in teaching and pedagogy, development of research projects with AI, adoption of AI by students/learners, optimization of administrative processes with AI solutions (administrative staff), to name but few.

    Topics include:

    • Institutional strategies for AI adoption
    • AI-focused curriculum development
    • AI in teaching, research, and administration
    • Training students with Ðǿմ«Ã½-age skills
    • This participant-driven event encourages shared learning through expert presentations and collaborative sessions.

Outcomes will contribute to a shared charter on AI integration for partner institutions to navigate policies related to this technology, as well as to avoid potential risks and pitfalls with AI.

    Profile of interested participants

    • decision-makers in the domain of HEIs interested in the novelties of AI for institutional strategies
    • academic staff interested in sharing and learning experiences with AI in pedagogy
    • administrative staff interested in improving their understanding of AI in HEIs
    • individuals working in higher education and interested in the novelties of AI
