CEFDG renews the accreditation and Master's degree status of the EM Normandie Master in Management for five years
Initial Education
The Commission for the Evaluation of Management Training and Degrees (CEFDG) has granted a five-year renewal of the visa and Master's degree status to EM Normandie's Master in Management (published in the Official Bulletin of 3 July 2025). It is a strong recognition of the excellence of this programme.

Strengths of the Master in Management
In its comments, CEFDG particularly embraced:
-
The attractiveness of the programme, which has been redesigned with a focus on skills and employability and will evolve in September 2025 towards a new 3+2 model (vs. 5 years before). This new structure, consisting of a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree, offers greater clarity and a more progressive pathway for students.

The school's research policy is based on three pillars: practical intelligence, transdisciplinarity and dialogue with professionals. The faculty members publish work that is recognised in international academic journals while promoting their expertise through expert missions, applied research chairs and media appearances. The school is also strengthening its regional and international roots through active collaborations with Normandy University, competitiveness hubs and high-quality international partners.
-
The international outlook of the programme with the development of the school's intercultural dimension: implementation of new exchange agreements and double degrees through international academic partnerships, development of collaborative and multicultural teaching methods at the heart of the curriculum.
Students have the opportunity to complete their entire programme in English, change campuses each year and complete the entire programme outside France. They can also obtain a Master in Management/MSc® double degree at no extra cost to pursue an international career. The school is also committed to enhancing the experience of incoming students through a varied course offering, dedicated support and an inclusive environment, recognised by the Welcome in France Label (3 stars).

The school's responsible commitment: submitted to the Ministry of Higher Education and Research in December 2024, EM Normandie's DD&RS master plan represents its strategic commitment to ecological and societal transition. This comprehensive action plan covers all aspects of the institution – teaching, research, governance and campus life – with a strong focus on decarbonisation, energy efficiency, inclusion, diversity and the development of sustainable skills. EM Normandie aims to train responsible leaders and actively contribute to the major challenges of tomorrow.
The five-year renewal of the accreditation and Master's degree status across all EM Normandie campuses demonstrates the ongoing commitment of all stakeholders to improving the quality of its programmes in order to meet the demands of a constantly changing market. We are very proud of this new milestone, which will help us promote the image of an increasingly innovative, international and responsible school.
