This partnership is to increase the visibility of the , always looking for new young talents, among EM Normandie students, and to allow the School to increase further its exchanges with business companies to ensure it trains competent managers who meet the needs of recruiters.

EM Normandie will facilitate access by SPB staff members to its whole range of qualifying and degree continuing education programmes.

In return, in order to foster the recruitment of students and recent graduates in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Risk Management, HRM, Communication and Management, the SPB Group will host cooperative programme students and interns, and will take part actively in educational programmes and the Career Path scheme, an EM Normandie support scheme towards employment.
