Hendrik Lohse is Associate Professor of Organisational Behaviour and joined EM Normandie in 2009. He holds a Master's degree in Economic Law from the University of Le Havre-Normandie and a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from IAE Lyon School of Management (University of Lyon III) and the Business Science Institute in Wiltz, which he obtained in 2018. He is currently a PhD candidate in Management at the Adam Smith Business School, University of Glasgow. He regularly provides executive training to international companies and is a certified facilitator of workshops using the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method. His research interests include leadership theories, change management and generational aspects of human resource management. Before joining EM Normandie, he worked as a claims manager at Groupama Transport and as a lawyer at the Grand Port Maritime du Havre (Le Havre Port Authority). He also worked as a consultant for the International Maritime Organisation (IMO).
